Quixote's Giant | Moulin de Moidrey
A very windy day painting. I met so many other tourists from other countries who were generous for my lack of language. We exchanged comments neither could understand and spoke the language that said the most. We smiled. Mont San Michel was first a church (at Saint Michaels instruction )then a fortress then more recently a tourist spot. I saw a little boy drop a big double dip of ice cream on the ground and stick it back on his cone. I scream. You scream. June 2024.
NOTE: This painting is under consideration for inclusion in the upcoming Gallery opening and show of French paintings, which will occur mid-October thru mid-December. The painting can be purchased at this time, but will need to be available to the Gallery during this window. The Gallery will coordinate arrangements for transportation of the painting.
