About Our Prints
Art for every kind of collector
Wyatt believes art should be enjoyed and lived with—not limited to those who can purchase an original. Our signed giclée prints offer an accessible way to collect his work while preserving the color, detail and character of the original watercolor.
Each print is produced using archival pigment inks on heavyweight, 300 gsm cold-press archival paper selected to complement the texture of watercolor. With proper care and display under glass, a color print can retain its quality for approximately 75 to 100 years.
And, most importantly, every print is personally signed by Wyatt.
Signed Limited-Edition Prints
Our signed, limited-edition giclée prints are generally available in two standard image sizes:
12 × 8 inches
18 × 12 inches
Each image is released in a numbered edition, typically ranging from 100 to 1,000 prints. The print is signed by Wyatt and marked with its individual edition number, such as 1/100.
Most current limited editions are sized to fit standard frames, making them easier and more affordable to display. To accommodate those standard dimensions, the image may occasionally be cropped or adjusted slightly while preserving the overall character of the original painting.
Some earlier editions were produced in non-standard sizes and may require custom framing. Individual print listings include the specific image dimensions.
Artist Proof Giclées
Artist Proof giclées are available by special request for many of Wyatt’s paintings.
Rather than being individually numbered within the regular edition, each is marked AP, indicating that it is an Artist Proof. Artist Proof editions are much smaller, generally limited to between 15 and 30 prints.
An Artist Proof also retains the exact proportions of the original watercolor. Nothing is cropped or altered to fit a standard frame, allowing the collector to see the full composition exactly as Wyatt painted it.
Because the proportions vary from one original painting to another, Artist Proofs often require custom framing. Availability, size and pricing may vary by image, and our gallery team will be happy to provide details upon request.
What is the difference?
A signed limited-edition print is numbered and is generally offered in a standard frame size, although some earlier editions have non-standard dimensions. The composition may be adjusted slightly to fit the selected print format.
An Artist Proof is available by special request, marked AP, produced in a much smaller quantity and printed in the exact proportions of the original watercolor, with nothing cropped from the composition.
Both are archival-quality giclée prints, and both are personally signed by Wyatt. The best choice depends on the painting, your space and how determined you are to see every last inch of the original composition.
